As many as 160 janitors under the West Jakarta Environment Sub-agency will be alerted in eight sub-districts in West Jakarta during the rainy season.
West Jakarta Environment Sub-agency Head Edy Mulyanto said his side cooperates with the Jakarta Water Agency UPK to transport waste in the river.
Governor Appreciates Janitor's Performance"Each sub-district, there are 10 picket officers and 10 people from Water Agency UPK. Pickets will be conducted until April," he expressed, Thursday (26/12).
In West Flood Canal (KBB) and Mookevart River for instance, there are two heavy equipments type spider and amphibious. His side deploys big- and small-sized trucks to speed up waste transportation.
